By accessing or using midwestbuildingexteriors.com — including any forms, calculators, or content on it — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

This website is operated by Midwest Building Exteriors Inc, a Minnesota corporation ("MBE," "we," "us"). We are a Minnesota exterior contracting company. Our Minnesota residential building contractor license number is BC793031. Our offices are located in Minneapolis/Richfield and Eagan, Minnesota, and St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin.

The content on this site, including blog posts, city guides, service descriptions, and the Instant Roof Quote calculator, is for general information only. It is not a binding offer, quote, or contract.

The Instant Roof Quote calculator produces an estimated price range based on the roof details you select and publicly available roof measurements. That estimate is not a final price. Final pricing for any project requires an in-person inspection, a written scope of work, and a signed contract. Site conditions, material selections, code requirements, and other factors can change the actual cost.

MBE performs contracted repair work and documents damage for insurance purposes. We communicate with your insurance company's adjuster as part of that repair work.

We do not act as your public adjuster, insurance advocate, or representative in determining claim coverage, denials, or payouts. Christian Musta holds a Minnesota Public Adjuster license, which reflects competency, ethics, and deep familiarity with insurance policy language; it is not used to perform public adjusting services for customers whose repair work we also contract to perform. We also maintain an internal content standards policy that requires primary-source verification, source and currency disclaimers, a strict separation between repair work and public adjusting, and human review before any page is published.

These Terms of Service apply to use of the website only. They do not create or modify any warranty, guarantee, or obligation related to actual construction services.

The warranties and obligations for any work we perform are set forth in the separate written contract, proposal, and warranty documents you sign for that project. For example, our residential roofing work is backed by our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty on workmanship, in addition to manufacturer material coverage where applicable. Nothing on this site expands, limits, or overrides those project-specific documents.

All content on this site — including text, photographs, videos, logos, branding, graphics, and the structure and design of the site — is owned by Midwest Building Exteriors or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, print, and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, copy, republish, frame, mirror, sell, or otherwise exploit the content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws and these terms.

This site may link to external resources such as city permit offices, the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI), the Better Business Bureau, manufacturers, weather services, or other third-party sites. We provide these links for convenience and reference only.

We do not control, endorse, or vouch for the accuracy, legality, or availability of any external site or its content. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and policies.

You may not use this site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or intended to interfere with the site's operation or security. Specifically, you agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midwest Building Exteriors and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website — including but not limited to reliance on any estimate, information, or content published here.

This limitation applies to website use only. It does not limit or disclaim liability for bodily injury, property damage, or other claims arising from actual construction work we perform, which are governed by the separate project contract and applicable law.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses. Content may contain typographical errors, outdated pricing examples, or temporary inaccuracies. We may update, modify, or remove content at any time without notice.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

These terms do not include a binding arbitration clause or a class-action waiver. Those are important legal decisions that should be made with advice from an attorney, not defaulted into a website terms page.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

We may update these Terms of Service as our business, website, or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted prominently. This version is effective as of September 2, 2026.
