- How fast will someone get back to me?
- Most inquiries are answered within 15 minutes during business hours by text, phone, or email. After a major storm we run extended hours and dispatch inspections the same day whenever crews are available in your area.
- Does the inspection cost anything?
- No. The roof inspection is free and carries no obligation. We document the roof with drone and close-up photos, walk you through what we found, and give you a written assessment you can keep whether or not you hire us.
- What happens if the inspection finds storm damage?
- We give you the photo documentation and a written scope of the damage. Whether to file a claim is your decision and coverage is determined solely by your insurance carrier. If you do file, we document our repair scope and communicate with your adjuster about the work we are contracted to perform.
